I have not received my badge or ticket

You will receive an email confirmation of purchase or registration, with your ticket attached, once you have completed the process. The email will have as sender noreply@firabarcelona.com. Please note that if the purchase has not been completed, the tickets or passes will not be shipped.
For some events or pass types, the organization carries out a verification of the accredited profile before accepting the registration request and reports its status by email.

It is also possible to download the ticket on the confirmation page itself, either to save or print the PDF or to store it in the Wallet of your mobile device:

    Even if you have closed the browser, you can log in again from the registration system home page and recover your ticket.
