The invoice is attached to the same email that we sent you with your ticket. In addition, by accessing the event registration page with your email address and password, you will always have it available in the Invoices section.

Click on Registered Users - Login:

Log in with the user you purchased the tickets with and access the Invoices section:

If the ticket purchase was for an event that did not require you to create a username and password, you can retrieve your invoice using your ticket locator and your email address.

From the home page of the ticket purchase website, click on the Locate your invoice button:

Select if you bought your ticket through the web or at the ticket office, and enter the necessary information:

• Website purchase:
  Enter your email address and the locator of your ticket or one of them if you bought more than one.
  Remember that the locator is the 8-digit alphanumeric code that you can find at the bottom right of your ticket.

• Ticket office purchase:
  Enter your locator, 8-digit alphanumeric code that you will find on the ticket, and the reference number (indicated as Ref on the purchase receipt that you received at the ticket office).
