Some shows allow you to change the validity date of a ticket from their purchase website. Below we explain how to do it.

Change the validity date of a ticket for a non-professional show

• Access ticket sales website;
• In the header, access the Manage your tickets option and, in the drop-down menu, click on Change visit day;
  
  
  
   
• Indicate the email you used when purchasing the ticket and its locator (8-digit alphanumeric code);
  
  
• Select the new date. The current validity date of your ticket appears in gray. Those dates for which there are no tickets available will also appear in gray.
  
  
   
• Once the new date has been selected, press the CHANGE VISIT DATE button;
